What you can do here
ClientNest keeps your freelance business in one place: track the clients you work with, then create, send, and follow up on invoices so you actually get paid. Your clients and projects live on one side, your invoices on the other — and Stripe handles the payments. From your home screen you can jump straight to whatever needs your attention.
Sign in
- Go to the sign-in page at
/login. - Enter your details and sign in.
- You'll land on your home screen at
/— your starting point every time you log in.
Find a client and review their details
- Open your client list at
/clientsto see everyone you work with. - Click a client to open their detail page, where you can review their information and the projects associated with them.
- From here you'll have what you need before creating or chasing an invoice for that client.
See all your invoices
- Open
/invoicesto view every invoice you've created. - Scan the list to see at a glance what's been paid and what's still outstanding.
Create and send a new invoice
- From
/invoices, head to/invoices/newto start a fresh invoice. - Fill in the details for the client and the work you're billing for.
- Save it — payment runs through Stripe, so your client can pay online.
Chase overdue invoices
- Open
/invoicesto spot anything past due — overdue invoices are flagged for you. - Send a reminder to nudge the client about an unpaid invoice and keep your cash flow moving.
